Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and message. You may also provide your organisation and country or region. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential business documents in your enquiry.
How we use it
Echelon Management Consultants uses the information to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss the services you have requested. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Processing and storage
When the website is operating in live mode, enquiry information is sent to Echelon’s business inbox through the hosting provider’s mail service. Copies may remain in the business mailbox and related correspondence while needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent engagement. The form itself does not maintain an enquiry database.
Cookies and technical information
The form uses a temporary session cookie to help prevent forged requests. Spam protection keeps limited, pseudonymous request counters. Hosting systems may record technical access information such as IP addresses and request times in server logs. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Your choices
You can ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or ask for its deletion by using the contact form. Tell us the nature of your request without including unnecessary personal information. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Preview mode
During local review, valid form submissions display a preview confirmation. They are not emailed or stored as enquiries.
